The Process to Get Started

Step 1. A Discovery Call

We take the time to understand your company’s brand, values and goals during a Discovery Call. We then produce a customized proposal to show the benefits of outsourcing to your business; increased sales, operational savings and more!

Step 2. Set-up

We then work with you to document your business processes and produce your QA Playbook to ensure we employ the right outsourcing management for you. We recruit and train the most suitable staff and teams. Training includes a full understanding of your business, brand and values.

Step 3. Go-Live

Depending on the size of the Team required, we may agree to run a small pilot and grow the team in stages to avoid the pitfalls of a ‘Big-Bang’ approach.  As we become more familiar with your business we work with you to improve efficiency, improve customer service and delight your customers.
